At dadada baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
